      Comments about Optoma X600:

I purchased this projector to use in a museum for our origami lessons we provide for schools, which we use in conjunction with an Elmo overhead. The space where we hold our lessons has large windows and the ambient light was creating problems with our other projectors... we just couldn't get a clear enough picture. With the Optoma x600, we now have a bright, crisp picture which makes it easy for the students to follow along, even in our very bright foyer!

        Comments about Optoma X600:

Great projector...disappointed with missing freeze feature. It must not be important to most people, but it is for our uses. Trying to find a "fix." If you do not need a freeze feature, you will not be disappointed with this projector. A great buy.

          Comments about Optoma X600:

We use the projector for running media in our small church. Media shows extremely clear despite having a lot of ambient light in our space. We could have bought a more expensive projector, but could not have gotten more bang for the buck. I highly recommend the Optoma X600 for any small church setting. I can't think of any negatives about the product or projector people. They are both great!

          • Q:

What will be the screen size required for a projection distance of 21 metres?
Will this provide a bright image in semi darkened conditions?

              A:

21 meters is a long distance. 78.74ft. The X600 doesn't have a long throw lens so your image would be very large. About 37ft or 11.2 meters wide. I would work well in semi darkened conditions but not on a screen that large.
